What are the benefits of dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers boast plenty of benefits. They work effectively to reverse the signs of ageing, reducing the appearance of the fine lines and wrinkles that develop as your skin ages.

As fillers are comprised of hyaluronic acid, they will revitalise your complexion, hydrate the skin and add volume, reducing any signs of fatigue while plumping sunken areas. Our filler treatments can also be used to naturally contour the face, working to enhance and define your best features.

Our dermal fillers are minimally invasive procedures, providing long-lasting results with a natural, undetectable appearance, ensuring you can feel completely confident in your skin.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do dermal fillers contain?

Dermal fillers contain hyaluronic acid (which is naturally present in our skin) in a smooth gel. Beauté Aesthetics use Revolax DEEP dermal filler, industry leading brand specially developed for the lip and mouth area to smooth lip lines, add volume and provide definition and contour.

What results can I expect?

Beauté Aesthetics Clinic dermal fillers give immediate results following the  procedure. The results will depend on your individual requirements and will be discussed fully during the consultation. Hayley will always aim to use these treatments to enhance your natural features, giving natural-looking results.

In what ways can dermal fillers enhance lips?

They can add volume to thin lips while redefining the outline (vermillion border) of the lips and enhancing the cupid’s bow. Fillers can also enhance and restore balance and symmetry, and soften lines around the mouth. All these effects contribute to natural, fuller and more youthful-looking lips.

How long do the results last?

This can vary from one person to the next as individual metabolism affects the length of results, but generally speaking around 6-9 months with the standard range, and 12-15 months with the longer-lasting range.

When will I see the results of my dermal fillers?

You will be able to see the results of your fillers immediately, but there may be some swelling so your final results will be evident within 5-7 days when this has gone down.

How long will the results last?

The results of dermal fillers will last for between 6-18 months before naturally dissipating.

Will dermal fillers hurt?

In our dermal filler treatments, we use fine needles to reduce any discomfort, and the whole experience will be quick. We also use advanced techniques to reduce swelling and bruising following treatment.

Are there any side effects to dermal fillers?

Following injection, you may experience some swelling and bruising, but this will disappear within a couple of days. Another common side effect is some redness around the injection site, but this will disappear within 15-20 minutes.

What else can I do to prevent wrinkles?

The key to lifelong skin health is a thorough and regular skincare routine. By taking good care of your skin, you’ll ensure it stays youthful and voluminous. Our top tips include:

  • Wearing sun cream

  • Cleanse, exfoliate and moisturise regularly

  • Use products that contain peptides and vitamin A as these have anti-ageing benefits

How else can I get rid of wrinkles?

There is a range of treatment options available to reduce the signs of ageing. Our anti-wrinkle and Profhilo treatments are also common choices, but non-invasive options include HydraFacials and Skin Peels.

It’s essential to take the best approach for your unique skin, so we advise you to start your skin journey with a consultation with one of our experienced aestheticians. They’ll use a Skin Scanner to analyse your skin before creating a tailored treatment plan that addresses your specific skin concerns.
