Deposit & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the best service for all our clients, and your time is valuable to us.

 

To ensure smooth booking and availability, please review our deposit and cancellation policy below:

Deposit Policy

 

  • A non-refundable deposit of £25 is required to secure your appointment.

  • The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

  • Deposits can be made via online link, card, cash.

  • Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received.

Cancellation Policy

 

  • .Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel without any additional charges

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than [24 hours]) will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost.

Rescheduling

 

  • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance, and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.

Late Policy

 

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and the deposit may be forfeited.
